Self Regional Healthcare is currently vaccinating South Carolinians who are 70 or older. As of Friday afternoon, they have openings for appointments on Sunday, January 24, and Monday, January 25.

Submit that form and they will call you to make an appointment. (Note: When completing the form, be sure to give them a phone number that you can answer when they call back, as they are unable to leave voicemail.)
