DHEC Postpones Weekly Testing On Newberry College Campus

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control has postponed a planned series of weekly public testing which was supposed to begin on November 2. A new date for the testing site’s opening has yet to be set by the department.  Stay tuned to WKDK and wkdk.com for more information.

Testing will be available to members of the public and the college community on Mondays from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., beginning Nov. 2 and ending Nov. 23. There will be a special session Nov. 11, also from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. There is no fee and appointments are not required.

 

Testing is expected to resume between Nov. 30 and Dec. 14, and again beginning Jan. 4. Specific details will be announced as the situation evolves.
