Congressman Ralph Norman is hosting a live town hall in Newberry County during the lunch hour today on Monday, September 16.  This town hall meeting will be in the meeting room of the Newberry Electric Cooperative on 882 Wilson Road.

Newberry County is served by two separate congressional districts. The eastern half of Newberry County is in his district (SC-5), while the western half is represented by Congressman Jeff Duncan (SC-3). The meeting will begin at 11:30 AM with a legislative update, including recent votes, major legislative initiatives, and a look at what’s ahead for Congress over the next 6-12 months. Congressman Norman will then take questions from those in attendance. This town hall meeting should last around an hour, depending on how many questions there are.
