Polling Location Changes For Runoff Election

Due to unforeseen conflicts or challenges at official locations, some polling locations in Newberry County have been temporarily relocated for the 2026 Statewide Primaries Runoff.  The runoff election day is Tuesday, June 23.

To ensure voter access and transparency, the Newberry County Voter Registration and Elections office is disseminating information through multiple channels:  a) the agency website at www.newberrycounty.gov and b) signage prominently displayed at the affected facilities prior to June 23.

The following polling locations are being temporarily moved due to conflicts or unforeseen challenges at the official location.
1. The Peak precinct is temporarily being moved to the Pomaria Recreation Center at 138 Folk Street, Pomaria.
2. The Wheeland precinct is being moved to the Fairview Fire Station at 149 Seibert Road in Prosperity.
3. The Stoney Hill precinct is being moved to the O’Neal Fire Station at 1350 Ira Kinard Road in Prosperity.
4. The Bush River precinct is being moved to the Bush River Fire Station at 5627 Bush River Road.
5. The Prosperity Outside precinct is being moved to the Prosperity Depot at 117 Grace Street in Prosperity.
6. The Silverstreet precinct is being moved to the Helena Community Center at 902 Giff Street in Newberry.
7. The Metropolitan precinct is being moved to the Newberry Shrine Club at 196 Shrine Club Road in Newberry.
