Motorcycle-Tractor Collision Results In Fatality
The Newberry County Coroner’s Office, along with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, are investigating a motorcycle versus tractor collision that occurred on the afternoon of July 17. The call was received by 911 Communications at approximately 3:45 pm that afternoon. The collision occurred on SC Highway 34-121 at Stoney Battery Road in Newberry County.
Coroner Laura Kneece has identified Tammy Bullard Hughes (Beman), 42, of Little Mountain, as the decedent in the collision. Ms. Bullard died on July 25 at Primsa Health Greenville due to injuries sustained in the collision.
This incident remains under investigation by the Newberry County Coroner’s Office and South Carolina Highway Patrol.
