Newberry County Offices – CLOSED Monday, January 26

Newberry Schools will operate on e-Learning on Monday, January 26.

Also, the regularly scheduled School Board Meeting originally set for Monday, January 26, has been moved to Thursday, January 29, as a precaution. The meeting will be held at the District Office and will begin with a Call to Order at 6:00 pm. Open Session will begin at approximately 7:00 pm. The meeting will be live streamed and open to the public with limited seating capacity.

Newberry County Recycling Centers – All Closed on Saturday and Sunday

Transfer Station Scale House/Recycle Center Transfer Station – Closed on Monday, January 26. Back to normal operation on Tuesday.

Newberry County Mulch and Debris Facility – Closed Saturday through Monday

Residential Garbage Collection for the City of Newberry scheduled for Monday, January 26, is planned to be picked up on Tuesday, January 27, along with Tuesday’s regular route, pending weather conditions.

Newberry Internal Medicine will be opening at 12 noon on Monday

Newberry Health – All outpatient clinics and outpatient hospital services will be CLOSED on Monday, January 26.

The clinic closures include:
• Whitmire Clinic
• Newberry College Clinic
• Wound Care
• Primary Care and Pediatrics
• Stepping Stones (Pediatric Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapy Clinic)
• Center for Adult Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapy
• Wellness Center
• Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation

The outpatient hospital services closure includes:
• Diagnostic Imaging
• Mammography
• Laboratory
• Oncology and Infusion

Pomaria Lutheran Church –  No Sunday services

Bethlehem Lutheran Church – No Sunday services. A Facebook message from Pastor Hallman will be provided on the church Facebook page.
Also, the Fried Cubed Pork Steak Plate Supper scheduled for January 25 has been POSTPONED.  New date is February 1 (5-6:30 pm).

Silverstreet Lutheran Church – No Sunday services
Also, change of plans for steak supper. Drive-thru only from 3-5 pm. No bake sale

Summer Memorial Lutheran Church – No Sunday services

Central United Methodist Church – No Sunday services
