From multiple reports:

Authorities have arrested a teenage boy in Saluda County, charging him with murder.

According to the Saluda County Sheriff’s Office, Zachary Jones, 17, faces charges of murder, desecration of human remains and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.  Jones is being charged as an adult.

The Saluda County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called out to an address early Saturday morning in the northern part of the county.

The SCSO posted on social media : “Due to evidence located on the scene, deputies began an investigation, and later determined that a homicide had occurred.”

The victim has been identified as Tristan D. Grigsby, 20, of Saluda.
