Kinard Wins District 3 Seat For City Council
As we reported earlier Tuesday night, Carlton Kinard won the election for the vacated seat for Newberry City Council District 3. This special election was held earlier today with three other candidates vying for the position.
Kinard won with 150 votes, Pat Caldwell with 64, Lisa Toland with 23, and Adonis Hill with 15.
Kinard will fill the seat left vacant after the passing of Zebbie Goudelock.
