Martin Pleads Not Guilty; Wants To Be Tried By Jury
As we have been reporting today, South Carolina State Representative Rick Martin has pleaded not guilty on charges of misconduct in office and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Martin was given a $10,000 personal recognizance bond by a judge after he pleaded not guilty to the charges. Martin also wants to be tried by a jury on both charges.
