Mount Bethel Garmany Road between Nancy Road and Petus Lane was closed earlier Friday morning due to an armed suicidal person.

Deputies negotiated with the individual, and the suicidal suspect was transported to an area hospital for evaluation.

There were no injuries reported, and that section of Mount Bethel Garmany Road has been re-opened.
