Clark Awarded The SC Arts Administrator Of Year By PSAE
Laura Clark, District Arts Coordinator with School District of Newberry County, has been awarded the 2025 SC Arts Administrator of the Year by Palmetto State Arts Education (PSAE).
The award is given annually to honor an administrator who has demonstrated a
commitment to arts programs, making a difference in the lives of South Carolina’s
school students, upholding the mission of the PSAE to advance learning in and through the arts.
Jenny Kabool, Executive Director of the Palmetto State Arts Education (PSAE), praised Clark for her achievements: “Laura’s visionary leadership shines through her deep knowledge, charismatic approach, and unwavering commitment to expanding arts opportunities for all students in her district. A true champion for the arts, she continually inspires growth, creativity, and excellence in arts education.”
Clark was recognized at the PSAE Conference held in Greenville on October 27-28.
