Newberry Man Facing 20 Years On DUI Homicide Charge
As we reported on Tuesday, a Newberry man is facing 20 years in prison for a DUI crash that killed a woman on December 22, 2021.
Shane Rogers pleaded guilty to felony DUI resulting in death, and as part of the plea agreement, the state dismissed a hit and run charge for the same incident.
Circuit Judge Eugene Griffith accepted Rogers’ plea deal on Monday.
