Registration Open For Newberry County 4-H Clubs
Registration for the 2026–2027 Newberry County 4-H Club Year is now open!
This year, all clubs are first come, first served, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your child’s spot. Please see the attached club catalog to see what options your 4-H’er has this year!
Important Dates

September 30, 2026 – Deadline to enroll in 4-H Online to receive the official South Carolina 4-H t-shirt.

Most clubs will not begin meeting until November while I am on maternity leave, but registration is still required now to reserve your child’s spot.
Sharpshooters Air Rifle Team & Eagles Shotgun Team
These are the only clubs that will practice while I am on maternity leave.
To participate in September practices:

Register by September 4,2026 to participate in the first scheduled practices.

If you miss that deadline, register by September 18,2026 to begin participating later in September.

Enrollments submitted after September 18,2026 for these two clubs will not be approved until November, so participants will not be able to practice until then.
Coaches will receive a list of approved members after each deadline, and only approved members may participate.

4-H Online enrollment is $15 per member, which includes the official South Carolina 4-H t-shirt for members enrolled by September 30.

You may pay the $15 enrollment fee online during registration or select “Pay by Check” in 4-H Online and bring your payment (cash, check, or card) to the Newberry County Extension Office. To receive your state T-shirt, you must pay your membership dues online.

Club dues will not be collected until each club’s first meeting in November due to my maternity leave.

When enrolling:

Returning members: Please use the same 4-H Online account and login credentials from last year. Do not create a new account.

New members: Create a new family account and complete your child’s enrollment.

Select South Carolina → SC 4-H Youth Development → Newberry County (unless your home county is different).

Choose your club(s) and all associated projects(s). If you are enrolling for an independent project, camp, or workshop please select the independent club.

Complete the required enrollment forms, submit your enrollment, and pay the $15 enrollment fee.
